EXTENSIONS

To book an extension appointment, we require a booking fee of 50% of the total hair cost. This amount is non-refundable but can be rescheduled if needed within a 6 week span. We order hair on a service by service basis and it requires 7 days minimum to receive. If there is a delay in shipment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to a later date or time. All extension services require a consultation in person to color match and make sure you are a good fit with at home care and lifestyle before booking.

Color / Adjustments

After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact us by text or email within 5 days.
When contacting, please let us know your specific concerns or issues, and include a few clear, well-lit pictures of the area of concern.
Please remember, especially with gray coverage, that regrowth will appear, for some people, within even a week or two, and that hair grows on average about ½ an inch per month.

CHILDREN

Although a majority of children are incredibly well-behaved, our mission is to provide a safe and relaxing experience for our guests and artists. Since we are a smaller salon, we are working on reducing the amount of people on the salon floor. Children are welcome in the salon only if they have a reservation/appointment. 

DEPOSITS

Certain appointments may require a deposit to book and are specified.  You can pay your deposit by card, cash or venmo.  Your deposit is non-refundable.

You can transfer your deposit to your next appointment within a 6 week period, if needing to reschedule.
Any reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.  
Deposits for extension services, extensions, or hair pieces are non-refundable.  

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive 10 minutes past the start of your appointment, we may not be able to provide your service and will need to reschedule or reduce the appointment time/service type to accommodate the time we have left.  If your late arrival prevents us from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time we reserved as we would be unable to fill that spot. 

CANcellationS

Please  read our cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting these terms.


We require 24 hours when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% of the service(s) you had booked. 
OR
Will result in forfeiture of booking fee. (We will not refund deposits on appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours for extension services that require a lengthy appointment time.)
OR
Future appointments may require pre-payment. 

No show terms are non-negotiable and are at our discretion barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies.
No shows will automatically forfeit any deposit.
No call/no-shows will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of appointment booked that must be paid before a future appointment is booked.

ILLNESS


I
f you are feeling unwell, or if there is a chance you have been exposed to any contagious illnesses within 5 days of your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us directly via text and let us know so that we can reschedule you.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE


We protect our stylists and their environment. We have the right to refuse service for any reason. Rudeness, aggressiveness, and general unsavory attitudes/conversation will result in termination from the salon as a client and refusal of services. We ask for kindness and treat all the same. Please be conscious of your surroundings and others receiving services at the same time.

PRODUCTS/RETURNS

If you are not happy with products purchased directly through Siren Hair Co. we are happy to swap them out for a product of equal or lesser value as long as they have only been used 1 time. We cannot issue refunds on open products. If the swap out is a higher priced item, the guest is responsible to make up the difference. We cannot swap out products less than 90% full and do not issue refunds on products that have been opened/used. If your product is unopened we are happy to issue a return or swap out within 14 days of purchase. 

All hair, hairpieces of any kind, extensions, halos are FINAL SALE.
