  • We offer a flat commission and hourly pay - whatever is higher for that pay period.

    Commission is offered for:

    • New(er) Stylists

    • Building Stylists

    • Apprenticing Stylists

    • Experienced Stylists

We offer full control of your schedule, full client access, benefits, PTO, In-House Education, Extension Education, Unlimited time off, and all supplies. We are a positive, uplifting space and protect our culture fiercely.

We’ve carefully curated our current team and only add to it if we feel like we’re compatible.

We do a flat 47% commission for all with a minimum hourly rate of $15/hour. This ensures you are worry-free when pay day arrives. No tiers or sliding scales. You’ll get paid for whichever is higher that week.

Ex: I worked 40 hours this week and had $1500 in sales.

My total in commission is: $705.

    My total hourly is: $480.

You’re taking home $705 minus taxes because you broke your hourly “cushion”.

    Make sense?

Say you only brought in $400 in service dollars. You’re going to take home the hourly total of $480 minus taxes. Either way, you are always guaranteed a minimum hourly rate while building or on “slower” weeks.

  • At this time we are not offering chair rental. This may change in the future. We do offer it down the road to our existing stylists once it makes sense for them to “graduate” out of commission and if they want to become completely independent.

  • We’re thrilled to be able to offer a concise apprentice program for our still in school and new to the industry artists.

    You’ll be getting:

    • Weekly Goals

    • Monthly Milestones

    • No set end timeline - work at your own pace.

    • Curriculum with basics to “master”.

    • Complete support & education opportunities.

This position is part time and pays $13 per hour.

  • NO.

If we decide it is a good fit, you will have to review and sign our culture agreement.

We do not lock stylists in to long-term leases, contracts, etc and we take our salon culture and vibes very seriously.

Our TOP priority is to provide a safe, comfortable and non-toxic work environment.

We value this more than simply filling our chairs.

We owe it to our artists to take our culture seriously and ensure our salon is occupied with professional, kind and respectful human beings.

We believe in flexibility and only having people working with us who want to be here. For this reason, we don't lock stylists in to long-term commitments, non-competes, or leases.
